Kilby House is a 35, 000 Sq ft Energy efficient Data Centre Facility. Both Baird and Kilby House are located on the secure Liverpool Innovation Park.
The client wished to refurbish their office space and vacate their old office on the ground floor of their building. The project is based on the first floor of an office building, where both Aimes office and NHS Physiotherapy offices/rooms will be allocated spaces.
The existing fabric of the building will be kept; the client wishes to use the glazing system and office furniture from their old office and fit into the proposed space.
The client's brief is to design spaces which were suitable for creative people, inspire and become a fun/welcoming place for both employers and visitors'.
